UYO

Flag-bearer of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Uyo Federal Constituency in the forthcoming 2023 general elections, Elder Mark Esset, has reechoed that the Unity Project he is championing is aimed at fostering a more united and indivisible Uyo Federal Constituency.

Esset said this while appearing as a guest in a radio programme- Community Corner –on Inspiration 105.9 FM Uyo.

The Nsit Atai lawmaker said his aspiration to represent Uyo Federal Constituency is basically to foster a more united AtaiUyo, whereby his voice will speak for Uyo, Uruan, IbesikpoAsutan and Nsit Atai.

“By the grace of God, when I get to the Green Chamber of the National Assembly, I will endeavour to speak in defense of and attract dividends to the four local government areas that constitutes Uyo Federal Constituency.

“The problem of Uruan is the problem of Nsit Atai and vice versa; the problem of Ibesikpo Asutan is the problem of Uyo, therefore, whatever I agitate for Uyo must be replicated in Uruan and the other local government areas”.

The reps hopeful reaffirmed his innate desire to replicate the effective representation in the State Assembly at the Federal House of Representatives.

He urged all the PDP faithfuls to be steadfast in their support to the party, assuring that, PDP will emerge victorious in the 2023 general elections.
