The Akwa Ibom Governorship Elections petitions tribunal sitting in Uyo, has quashed a petition by defeated candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Akanimo Udofia, against Governor Umo Eno; in a unanimous judgement, the Tribunal described petition as frivolous and lacking in merit.
