Nsit Ubium Is United For Umo Eno – Dan Akpan

A former member of the House of Representatives has saidthe people of Nsit Ubium Local Government Area are all united in support of Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, a leading gubernatorial aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP).

 Hon. Dan Akpan, who is also a former member of the State House of Assembly, dropped the hint, recently, at Nsit Ubium council secretariat, when he welcomed the leadership of Ibom Consolidation Project (ICP), during the sensitisation tour of the group to Nsit Ubium.

  He reasoned that Pastor Umo Eno is true son of Nsit Ubium and God fearing person with entrepreneurial disposition, whowill bring his wealth of experience to bear if elected as governor of Akwa Ibom.

  Akpan, who is also a former chairman of Nsit Ubium Local Government, thanked the ICP team for visiting the local government area to sensitise delegates on the need to support Pastor Umo Eno.

 He also thanked the ICP team for the show of love to their brother by going round to sensitise delegates across the state.

 Hear him, “Let me specifically thank all of you for taking the pains to go round the entire state to sensitise delegates on the need to support my brother, Umo Eno. I am part of you as a national director of ICP. I have been with you and I have seen the great job you are doing. It is only God that can reward all of you. We, in Nsit Ubium, do not take this show of love for granted,” he submitted.

 The national chairman of Ibom Consolidation Project (ICP),Barr. Uwem Ekanem, in his speech, said after seeing the profile of Pastor Umo Eno, the ICP team were convinced that he will make a good governor to consolidate on the achievements of the present administration of Mr Udom Emmanuel.

 Ekanem, also a former member of the State House of Assembly, said Pastor Umo Eno, as a renowned man of God,will sustain the peace and security the state is already enjoying, saying, “I came with a message of consolidation so that our future maybe assured.”

 In their separate goodwill messages, Senator Effiong Bob thanked the team for coming, adding that he is a guarantor to Umo Eno because he is sure of delivery if elected. 

 Otuekong Emmanuel Ibiok said with the calibre of personalities in the ICP team, he is further strengthened that Umo Eno will win the election, while former deputy speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Aniefiok Thompson, also spoke in support of Umo Eno’s success.

The ICP team had Barr Uwem Ekanem, Senator Aloysius Etok, Prince Godwin Ntukude, Elder Benji Udobia, Sir T. O.Akpan, Arch. Òkon Obot, Dr. Òkon Emma, Dr Esio Oquong Udo, Dr. Udoma Ekarika, Rt Hon Nse Ekanem, Hon. Saviour Udoh, Hon. Saturday Akpan, Sir Adasi Ubolum, Sir Essang Bassey, Elder Etim Umoh, Rev. J. B. Effiong, Hon Isong Isang, Hon Etido Ibekwe and a host of others.
