We, the undersigned, Mr Vincent Aniekan Essien, Mr Kufre Aniekan Essien and the entire Essien’s family, wish to notify the public that the property situated at no. 56 Udo Umana Street. Uyo which was acquired by our late father barrister A. S. U. Essien, is not and will not be for sale.

As joint heirs to the property, we affirm our collective decision to retain ownership and not to engage in any form of sale transaction.
We kindly request everyone to respect our privacy and refrain from any unauthorized solicitations, moves and inquiries regarding the aforementioned property.

AS IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. ANY CLAIMS SUGGESTING OTHERWISE ARE FALSE.
