Governor Nyesom Wike has reappointed Dr. Tammy Danagogoas the secretary to the Rivers state government.
It was reported that Danagogo had resigned his appointment to contest the governorship primary of the ruling PeoplesDemocratic Party for the 2023 election in the state.
Danagogo, like many others, lost the party’s ticket to Wike’sanointed candidate and former Accountant General of the State, Siminialaye Fubara.
But his reappointed as SSG was contained in a statement issued by Wike media aide, Kelvin Ebiri on Wednesday.
The statement reads,” His Excellency, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, the Executive Governor of Rivers State has approved the re-appointment of Dr.Tammy Wenike Danagogo as the Secretary to the Rivers State Government (SSG).
“The appointment takes immediate effect.”
