Sumedha Energy, Ibom Developers Salute Governor Eno Two-Years of Transformational Leadership, Reaffirm Commitment to ARISE Mandate

In a strong show of solidarity and admiration, two leading industrial players in Akwa Ibom State—Sumedha Energy Limited (SEL) and Ibom Developers FZE—have extended warm felicitations to His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, as he marks his second anniversary as Governor of Akwa Ibom State.
In a joint message signed by the management of both companies, the Governor was hailed for his “exemplary leadership,” which they say has ushered in a new era of peace, progress, and purpose-driven governance in the state.
“On behalf of the management and staff of Sumedha Energy Ltd (SEL) and Ibom Developers FZE, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency on the auspicious occasion of your second anniversary in office,” the statement began.
“Your exemplary leadership has ushered in an era of peace, progress and purpose-driven leadership.”
The companies commended the Eno-led administration for creating a stable and investor-friendly environment, which has significantly enhanced the state’s economic appeal and driven sustainable development.
“By fostering a stable and investor-friendly environment, your administration has positioned Akwa Ibom as a beacon of opportunity and sustainable development,” the statement continued.
The industrial giants, praised the Governor’s achievements in infrastructure renewal, healthcare advancement, educational development, and economic empowerment, noting that his initiatives have meaningfully impacted lives across the state.
“We applaud your unwavering commitment to infrastructure renewal, healthcare advancement, educational improvement, and economic empowerment—all of which have significantly uplifted the lives of our citizens. The widespread admiration and trust you have earned among the people reflect the deep impact of your leadership and the hope your vision continues to inspire across the state.”
As active contributors to the state’s industrial transformation, Sumedha Energy and Ibom Developers also reaffirmed their unflinching support for the Governor’s ARISE Mandate, and pledged continued partnership in delivering shared goals of prosperity and resilience.
“As committed partners in the development of our state, we remain aligned with your ARISE Mandate and look forward to continued collaboration in building a resilient and prosperous Akwa Ibom.”
Governor Umo Eno’s administration, through the ARISE Agenda—focusing on Agriculture, Rural Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Education/Entrepreneurship—has gained wide acclaim for its people-centered approach to development.
With active private sector collaboration from companies like Sumedha Energy Ltd and Ibom Developers FZE, the state appears well on track to becoming a model of inclusive growth and industrial excellence in Nigeria.
