Bulletin, a Construction giant in Akwa Ibom, has urged permanent secretaries to look towards the ARISE Park as their number one location, while planning for conferences and workshops in their different MDAs.
The managing director of Bulletin, Chief Faysal Harb, stated this on Thursday in Uyo during a Tourist Sites tour of the Park by permanent secretaries, as part of activities to mark the 2025 Public Service Week in the State.
Harb said the ARISE Park has so many highbrow facilities that will be of interest to the permanent secretaries when completed and beamed light on the 1500-capacy Conference Centre with five breakout session rooms, saying these will be of great benefit to all the MDAs for their human capacity development trainings and workshops.
He further enlisted other facilities of interest to include: the Golf Course, the Swimming Pool, Children Playground, Dry and Wet Parks as well as Restaurants and Apartments, amongst others.
Harb, who intimated the permanent secretaries that the ARISE Park will be commissioned in phases, said Phase 1 of the project, which has a gestation period of 14 months, is expected to come full circle towards the end of the year.
The permanent secretaries, who were led by the dean of the College, Barr Uduak Eyo-Nsa, expressed appreciation to the managing director of Bulletin Construction, Chief Faysal Harb, for taking out time to take them on guided tour of the Tourist site.
