The Ekid People’s Union (EPU) is rolling out the drums in celebration of one of Ekid’s illustrious sons, Elder Benjamin Udobia on his 70th birthday, today, Monday, September 5,2022.
The Union’s itinerary showed that the celebration will follow a thanksgiving service at Full Life Gospel Church, Uyo on Sunday by a team of Ekid sons and daughters.
In a message of Felicitations signed by the national presidentof EPU, Dr Samuel Udonsak, and secretary general, BarrBassey Dan Abia, jnr, the Union described Elder Benjamin Udobia as a distinguished and renowned industrialist, reputable political and community leader with impeccable legacies. A pride and star of the Ekid Nation.
EPU thanked God for the life of Elder Udobia who had been proudly a worthy ally and patriot in the Ekid project.
“Your humility, commitment to God and humanity as well as family are exemplary and indelible testimonies for posterity,succinctly worthy of emulation”, the Union stated.
“On this auspicious occasion of your 70th birthday, we congratulate you as we pray God to grant you more grace, sound health and many happy returns of the day,” the message added.
