…amidst unending endorsements
The campaign rally for the 2023 PDP Gubernatorial , National and State Assembly candidates is finally berthing in ONNA on Wednesday 22nd of February, amidst a swelling record of endorsements by the people of Akwa Ibom State.
The rally which began October last year, with Umo Eno and Akon Eyakenyi as the Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates of the party respectively, has travailed the nooks and crannies of Akwa Ibom State, delivering realistic and captivating manifestoes, to the craving of the people for the emergence of Umo Eno as the next Governor of the State.
With preparations in top gear for the hosting of the grand finale of the campaign at ONNA Stadium, which is along Eket/Ikot Abasi Road, information is ripe that the people of ONNA and its environs are eager to come out enmass in support of the PDP candidate and to solidarize with Gov. Udom Emmanuel, their kinsman, for bringing forth a good fruit in the person of Umo Eno, to germinate and satisfy the hunger for continuous progress of the state.
The ONNA rally, according to various political groups in the state, the youths, women, elders, monarchs, religious leaders and other stakeholders, is very important, significant and spiritual.
According to these stakeholders, the importance and significance of the ONNA rally is like a final seal of blessings from a father and in the glare of a teaming congregation.
The ONNA rally, according to the local committee on media and publicity, will have Governor Udom Emmanuel and every top government functionaries in attendance.
